Service Design Architect

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Siemens Healthineers Global Delivery Centre (GDC) is part of the overall Siemens Healthineers organization - as part of our Near- Offshoring strategy.
For our organization we are looking for a Service Design Specialist who is responsible for creation of a professional Service Framework to ensure definition and design of specific services in the SHS IT Organisation on a global level.

Requirements:
ITSM&ITIL backgroud with certification
Experience with service setup
Experience with creation of service definition
Expierence from enterprise area is an advantage
Willingness to travel (Germany, India)
Active English languagae knowledge
