We are looking for a Service Transition Professional for Digital Signature System responsible for Change Management and Evaluation, Release & Deployment Management, Service Transition and Service Validation and Testing.

If you are interested in healthcare and you want to help the Signature Server Team implement the business's global Digital Signature use cases, you are the right person or the right person for this position.

Task and Responsibilities:

  • Change Coordination with Architect and Service Manager
  • Change Evaluation and Requirement Engineering
  • Release & Deployment Management
  • Roll out Management -  Training strategy and preparation and Knowledge Transfer planning, Roll out concepts and planning, coordination of Hypercare Support with external vendors
  • Service Transition
  • Defect Management such as inicial description of defect, tracking and coordination of two external vendors
  • Service Validation and Testing
    • Test Management (UAT and Release Testing) such as incl writing concepts, test cases and coordinating test activities as well as driving them through the test process

You want to change and actively participate? You are responsible for transitioning services into new systems. This contains:

Working closely with the business and other internal IT service teams as well as the Service Architect and Service Manager for Change Coordination.

You are responsible for analyzing business requirements to further increase business unit productivity which includes

  • Release & Deployment Management

o   Roll out Management incl Training strategy and preparation and Knowledge Transfer planning, Roll out concepts and planning, coordination of Hypercare Support with external vendors

  • Service Transition

o   Defect Management incl description of defect, tracking and coordination of two external vendors

  • Service Validation and Testing

o   Test Management (UAT and Release Testing) incl writing concepts, test cases and coordinating test activities as well as driving them through the test process

Required education, skills and personality requirements
