Process Execution Manager

As a Process Execution Manager you will be managing cross functional support processes and Management processes such as IT Service Management and others, used by the IT infrastructure department globally. Your tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist process responsible in infrastructure department with development of the global standardized process (as integral part of the overall Collaboration Framework)
  • Implementing global standardized process within area/region of responsibility
  • Transitioning from previous processes
  • Acting as first support for process within area/region of responsibility
  • Overseeing the execution of the process operationally
  • Ensure & Control – responsible for central coordination and steering of all specific process tasks, so that the support processes meet the intended requirements
  • Establish a common understanding of the process – especially support and strengthen the effective collaboration between the different process players
  • Driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of the process as intended globally
  • Ensure transparency & understandable process as well as process and results documentation
  • Ensure and control interfaces to other processes, ensure and control organizational and conformity regulations, ensure effective controls for compliance with rules & regulations
  • Performing periodic performance review – Analyze and trigger necessary changes to optimize the process
  • Contact for the process responsible at infrastructure department
  • Ensuring selected indicators are collected, analyzed, and acted upon
  • Coordinate the training of process users – ensure the required process knowledge, technical and business understanding to execute the process, and understanding of their role in the process
  • Implementing changes of the process approved by the ITSM Board

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science/Engineering and/or Business Management
  • 4-7 years of experiences in IT/software project management including references on self-managed and successful finalized projects
  • 4 – 7 years of experiences in process analysis, development and implementation and dedicated Process Management Methodologies
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying process players and processes regarding IT Service Management or Management support processes
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
  • Fluent in both German and English

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare industry business processes as well as Support / Management processes
  • ITIL or other process related certification is a plus

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2300 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
