Job description, responsibilities and duties

What we are looking for

Job Responsibilities:

·        Manages change requests for a quality relevant learning application for the Healthineers Training Center

·        Consult and supports the internal business owner and stakeholders within the different change process steps

·        Introduces and supports quality relevant documentation tools (e.g. Caliber, HP QC)

·        Creates SHS quality approved change documents (e.g. requirement specifications)

·        Defines test cases and manages the execution of them within the internal and external testing team

·        Communicates and plans changes requests with external software vendor (Development and Go-Live)

·        Creates SHS needed validation documentation

·        Update document repository

·        Provides technical 2^nd level IT support

·        Performs Denial of Service (DOS) Process

·        Available at service times from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

·        Strong analytical, technical, and conceptual problem-solving skills

·        Experienced knowledge of IT software development process and change management process

·        Minimum 1-2 year’s experience with learning management systems (e.g. TCmanager)

·        Advanced knowledge of service management systems for incident / change management (e.g. ServiceNow)

·        Familiar with working in a regulated environment following defined processes, procedures to ensure quality

·        Advanced written and verbal communication skills in German required, English preferred

Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with challenging workloads

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2300 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
