What we are looking for
We are looking for technical operations professional responsible for administration and smooth operation of our SharePoint and OneDrive applications.
Your main activities a focused to:
- Monitoring of all events that occur in the enterprise IT environment to allow normal operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions
- Operational management and implementation of security requirements
- Ensuring the level of service capacity and availability matches or exceeds the current and future agreed needs of the business
Task and Responsibilities
- Configuration, verification and reporting of services according defined requirements (e.g. new features)
- Manage and support live applications & database with help of the vendor
- Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the enterprise IT environment and ensure IT capacity meets business need
- Enforce the information security procedures & compliance across the respective IT systems & services
- Supporting incident management (resolving of incidents in coordination with the vendor)

- Experiences with administration of Microsoft applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, O365)
- Understanding of O365 , SharePoint and OneDrive mutual relations and dependencies
- Experiences with application monitoring and incident management in IT environment
