Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Application Manager an your role will be:

• End-to-end owner of one or more IT services working closely with both the business and the internal IT service teams. The Service Owner is responsible for ensuring the services provided meet client requirements and operate sufficiently
• Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components of standard IT services
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT Quality system requirements and implementation of these requirements in Quality relevant project documentation
• Act as counterpart for all incoming audits and understand quality and security relevant aspects for the successful assessment
• Ensure a formal set of processes are applied by which the organization can identify various security concerns, gaps and remedial actions to ensure the security of the operations
• Ensure compliance of all IT services with the legal framework
• Maintain policies, standards and procedures to ensure demonstrable quality control
• Evaluate service-specific new requirements and its impact on the existing processes/landscape, design and execute necessary changes
• Consults and supports the implementation of new or changed services for increased business productivity, including the discussion, analysis and acceptance of demand and supporting the planning for the development and implementation of service changes

Required education, skills and personality requirements

Required education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization
BS/MS in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• BS/MS in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields
• Comprehensive experience in analysis of business processes and in management of IT-projects
• Intercultural Experience, Customer Orientation and willingness to travel to customers at Siemens Healthineers sites
• Work experience in IT consulting and process support
• Knowledge of IT concepts, MS Windows based environments, architectures and technical standards
• 3+ years of experience with tiered-application architectures and client-server applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Basic knowledge on data base architecture
• Basic knowledge on Component Content Management System (CCMS) Software like Cosima, Astoria, etc.
• Knowledge of ITIL model
• Experience in regulated Healthcare environment
