Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for generating revenue through indirect sales channels such as OEMs, VARs from given territory within CEE region.You will take leadership in complex opportunities and work intensively with partners to deliver the solution, in case of moderately or low complex opportunities you will manage partner teams to lead.
You will serve as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales and strategy related issues.
We expect you to assists the sales management in devising plans and strategies to support the forecastable revenue growth. As part of your job, you will organize new partner recruitment and onboarding, and will manage the necessary administration.
Position in PLM organization: Will be reporting to regional (CEE DO) sales director, will not have direct subordinates.
Location: Romania or Bulgaria or Serbia or Hungary or Slovenia (but may be any CEE country)

Required skills and capabilities:
- University degree or reasonable experience record
- Advanced sales skills, 4 years in ICT or PLM sales position
- Experience with business partners collaboration (joint sales principles)
- Oriented in marketing principles and techniques
- Basic technical knowledge – information technology or product development
