Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a part of the sales team, you will help the revenue growth focusing on selected product portfolio.You will work directly with our customers and prospects, discussing business benefits of our solution, mapping the customer needs to our products and services.
You will be responsible for given territory, will collaborate with internal Partner Managers, with Marketing and external Partner organizations, creating a customer success team.
Your major targets will be: identifying and qualifying opportunities, localizing product sales strategy and partner enablement.
Projects/assignments scope will be of medium size.
We expect you will be able to work under minimal supervision under guidance of more senior job levels
Position in PLM organization: Will be reporting to regional (CEE DO) sales director, will NOT have direct subordinates
Location: Siemens RC in one of CEE countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Adriatics or Bulgaria), 50% travel is expected

Required skills and capabilities:
- University degree or reasonable experience track record
- Advanced sales skills, 4 years in ICT or PLM sales position
- Basic orientation in software marketing principles and techniques
- Basic technical knowledge – information technology or product development
- English language – fluent speaker

- PLM technology knowledge
