Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Participation in preparation of the “Requirements Plan"
- Preparation of the standard contracts best suited to company policies and procedures and carrying out all activities necessary for optimal negotiation and for purchase of goods and services
- Performance of industry analysis on the trend of the various market contexts (external benchmarks) for the product/service
- Responsibility for search, qualification and assessment of suppliers 
- Responsibility for all regulatory and price-related aspects of contracts
- Primary contact for all members of the TASQ management team and direct interaction with them on all business unit initiatives as required
- Identification and remediation of corrective action plans with supply-base and all TASQ departments to improve and resolve supply chain issues.

Wage (gross)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

5

Personality requirements and skills

- Ability to release competitive bid process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and evaluate vendor responses
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms and conditions for various categories such as hardware, software and services
-Ability to create contracts and ordering documents
- Knowledge of ERP (most preferable Oracle) to support ordering process and creation of respective Purchase Orders
- Ability to manage a high number of transactions (both tactical and strategic) from low value up to €1m
- Proficient with VISIO, Project, and familiarity with query-based database applications usage
- Proficient and adept presentation and training skills are required
- 5+ years of experience with any Purchasing/Inventory Control systems or ERP systems experience
- 5+ years of experience with any demand-replenishment system tools, utilizing MRP or DRP
- Superior levels of professional written and verbal communication is required.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a thorough understanding of operations management
