Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a nonstop contact center for providing support for both domestic and foreign clients in Slovak and Hungarian languages. We DO NOT engage in selling, offering services, or conducting telephone surveys.

For our team we are looking for a colleague who likes to communicate (phone / email), can appreciate the benefits offered by shift work (including extra pay for work at night or on weekends) and will work with other colleagues to support our customers according to our processes and procedures in the highest quality.
• Communication with credit card holders and providing services such as: card blocking / activation, balance information, and more.
• Support of merchants by providing solutions to their requests and solving potential problems associated with using payment terminals.
• Cooperation with bank staff to provide support for the management of payment cards, time schedules and ATMs.

24/7 operation of the Contact Center is realized through two 12-hour working shifts (daily change 07:00 - 19:00 and night shift 19:00 - 7:00), where colleagues take turns in the regime - day shift - night shift - two days off

Wage (gross)

900 - 1 000 EUR/month900- 1000€ - Our offer depends on the seniority and expertise of the candidate.
