Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a student at University? Are you looking for a part time experience within the procurement department? Would you like to gain some experience from business point of view before you graduate?

If the answer is yes, we're looking just for you!

Your job would be:
• Check which agreements are missing (comparing tables to inventory)
• Find those agreements in different archives
• Evaluate which are the effective agreements and amendments, which are already expired, terminated
• Understanding of legal documents (signature date, effective date, contract type, duration, expiration and termination terms (to be entered to SharePoint database)
• Upload effective agreements and amendments to the inventory
• Complete checklists, Excel tables
• Update vendor names where necessary
• Categorize agreements to service categories
• Separate Active/Non-active vendors in SharePoint
• Part of the task may be to create a vendor contact list, check availability of DPA annex, data protection and other clauses…

Wage (gross)

5,5 EUR/hour
