Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Recruiter, who will join our HR team and be responsible for filling open vacancies. If your passion is recruitment and searching for new talents, this position is perfect for you.

Key responsibilities:
• Finding and attract qualified applicants for our open positions
• Recruiting IT technical roles
• Providing guidance to Hiring Managers in terms of selection processes, negotiating employment offers and role profiles
• Preparation, organization, and active participation in the interviews
• Actively working on employer branding, collaboration with universities and job fairs
• Conducting screening interviews with candidates against hiring managers requirements
• Managing the open roles and working with internal recruitment system to track all candidates in the recruitment process
• Posting and up-dating job adverts on local job boards
• Participating on various HR related projects

Wage (gross)

1 400 EUR/monthStarting from 1400€. Our offer will depend on the experience and seniority of the final candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

• 2 + years of related recruiting experience - either agency or corporate recruiting
• Preferably experience with IT or FINTECH sector
• English at an advanced level is required
• Excellent organizational and process related skills
• Very good communication, presentation and partnership skills
• Open minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
• Knowledge of the labor market and modern recruitment methods
