Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for HRO Specialist who will join our HR Team in Bratislava and will support following activities:

- Coordination of Health & Safety
- Administration and support of Occupational Health Service agenda
- Cooperation in training and educational programmes for employees – communication with training agencies as well as with employees, organizing arranged trainings,
- Administration of local Intranet website
- Policies – cooperation on internal policies, managing process of approval path and publication
- Fleet management - complete agenda of arranging and management company fleet
- Mobile phone management
- Business trip insurance for employees

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthStarting from 1 000€ - our final offer will depend on the seniority and expertise of the candidate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Health and safety at work - basic

Driving licence


Number of years of experience


The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- 1-3 years of experience on a similar position
- English language - fluent (both verbal and written)
- Slovak language - fluent (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- General knowledge about Health & Safety procedures is and advantage
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good organization skills
- Active driver
