Job description, responsibilities and duties

SIA seeks for motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible to establish and further expand SIA ATM Network in Czech republic.

Key responsibilities:

•Perform market analysis using predefined criteria and internal developed procedures
•Identify regions and areas with attractive macro locations. Targets are high traffic locations with high throughput of international visitors (e.g. airports, pedestrian areas, touristic areas , high street retailers, shopping malls, …).
•Develop and manage a pipeline of identified potential locations.
•Negotiate contract with landlord and maintain relationship during contract lifetime.
•Coordinate implementation with external vendors and location owners when required
•Monitoring of location performance and provide recommendations on how improve performance (e.g. branding improvements, micro-relocation, etc.)
•Perform frequent visits to locations to ensure that contract are respected by contract counterparty (e.g. ATM is visible and accessible to use for cardholder, etc.)

Wage (gross)

2 500 EUR/monthOur final offer will depend on the seniority and expertise of the candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) or English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

•Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the Retail, Real Estate, Tourism sectors or Banking corporate division).
•A proven track record in achieving targets and building strong relationships with clients.
•Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently.
•B category driving license.
•Good in English language (verbal and written)
•User level knowledge of MS Office.
•University degree at Diploma level will be honored.
