Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Command Center Manager will :
- Be responsible for directing and overseeing the day to day operations of the Command Center and will be the primary interface between the OCC and internal as well as external stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of the operations center’s standard operating procedures
- Maintain operational logs and conduct daily shift checklists and handover reports
- Collect operational data, analyze and take appropriate corrective actions when required.
- Ensure all forms of communications, such as emails, phone conversations, and client interactions are all conducted in a professional manner and documented appropriately
- Act as the interface between management and Command center team and delivers information about business direction and department goals to the team.

Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring all related activities are completed with appropriate urgency and care.

Wage (gross)

3 000 EUR/monthOur final offer will depend on the experience and seniority of the candidate.

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 5 years of progressive Supervisory experience in IT 24/7 Operations
- Experience in incident response services - ITIL certification is a plus
- Proven track of the experience in high pace environment
- Proficient knowledge of monitoring tools and automation
- Familiarity with emergency communication protocols & processes
- Ability to effectively coach and mentor team members
- Exemplify skills and behaviors for team to emulate in handling all interactions and events
- Proven ability to operate decisively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work and manage scheduled shifts to ensure coverage
- Experience with systematic problem analysis and problem-solving practices
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and coordinate responses in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

- Ability to learn and comprehend new computer or technical systems to manage the operations center.
