Job description, responsibilities and duties

- People management - direct management of 10+ people
- Responsible for fulfillment of goals and commitments, responsible for handling of escalations, communication, managing the backlog, team performance, team KPIs
- Take care of the coordination and motivation of resources, encouraging updating and professional growth
- Establish and maintain controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department
- Plan and allocate resources to the projects
- Drive the testing methodology and process improvement

Wage (gross)

3 000 EUR/monthStarting from 3 000.-€ - final offer will depend on the seniority and expertise of a candidate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Practical experience in testing area
- 2-3 years experience in team leading role
- Strong leader
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- English language
