Job description, responsibilities and duties

Suntem un Centru de Contact ce asigura suport pentru clienti interni si externi. NU AVEM activitati legate de vanzari, oferte de servicii sau de efectuare de sondaje telefonice.

Avem nevoie de un coleg nou, care sa fie o persoana ce poate comunica usor (via telefon / email), care apreciaza partile bune oferite de munca in ture (asta incluzand plata suplimentara pentru lucrul pe durata noptii sau pe durata weekend-ului) si faptul ca va lucra intr-o echipa pentru a furniza asistenta clientilor la cel mai inalt nivel, in conformitate cu procesele si procedurile ce ne sunt specifice.
• Comunicare cu detinatorii de carduri de credit si asigurarea de servicii precum: blocare/activare card, informatii legate de balanta contului etc;
• Gestionarea si solutionarea in mod prompt a situatiilor dificile si nevoilor clientilor;
• Preluarea solicitarilor legate de carduri de plata, terminale POS si ATM-uri;
• Folosirea sistemelor computerizate pentru urmarirea, colectarea de informatii si/sau corectarea problemelor.

Activitatea continua a Centrului de Contact (24/7) se realizeaza prin intermediul turelor de 12 ore (cele de zi sunt intre 07:00 si 19:00, iar cele de noapte intre 19:00 si 7:00), acestea alternand dupa cum urmeaza: tura de zi - tura de noapte - 2 doua zile repaus.

- Capacitate de analiza si solutionare a problemelor;
- Capacitate organizatorica;
- Bune abilitati de comunicare;
- Orientare catre client, intelegerea cerintelor acestora si furnizarea de solutii potrivite;
- Capacitate de a intelege contextul functional si tehnic;
- Cunostinte elementare de utilizare PC/cunostinte tehnologice;
- experienta anterioara de lucru intr-un Customer Service (Call Center / Command Centre / Fraud monitoring) este preferata insa nu este necesara.
