Job Description
- responsibility for HR Controlling - overall personal costs budget in SHP Group, monthly evaluation and proposal for improvements,
- responsibility for group remuneration prolicy, related processes and systems,
- reporting of HR KPIs, evaluation of HR metrics and proposing improvements,
- implement projects in line with company strategy and needs,
- analyzes data from remuneration surveys to achieve competitive (internal and external) pay settings,
- responsibility for the job catalog, job descriptions and job pay qualifications,
- continuously monitors legislative changes in labor law in particular countries,
- conduct employee surveys, provide reports and evaluations.
