Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for meeting set business objectives and the company's financial results in the allocated segment (Direct reports: 6 FTE, Total FTE within allocated segment: 9 FTE)
• Participates actively in the preparation of the annual sales plan, sales activities and negotiation process for the allocated segment
• Manages the activities of the assigned department, is responsible for its structure, processes, personal development of its members
• Builds and maintains business relationships with selected key clients
• He is actively involved in finding new business opportunities
• Manages strategic customer development projects in the allocated segment
• Representing and presenting the company in business negotiations in accordance with corporate strategy and goals

Place of work: Bratislava or Harmanec (Slovakia), Sladki Vrh (Slovenia)
Reporting line: Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

3000 Eur / gross. The published wage is the minimum possible offer. The starting wage may be higher depending on the candidates experience (education, language skills, required experience, personality assumptions).

• Proven working experience in sales on various markets
• Previous experience with team management and leading is a must
• Experience in tissue business is highly advantageous
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, listening and presentation abilities
• Result oriented and dynamic person
• Analytical thinking, responsible, good in timing, precise and independent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• University degree preferably in economic area
