Job Description

  • Managing the field of procurement and cooperation with other organizational units of the company and the group.
  • Creating a local procurement strategy plan in accordance with the group strategy.
  • Setting KPI targets and evaluation
  • Development of procurement team
  • Teach and educate managers and associates about the procurement process
  • Negotiation with external suppliers (maintain long-term relationships vs qualification of new suppliers)
  • providing communication with all stakeholders.Approval the ordering process for goods and services in line with organisational guidelines (propose procedures for risk management and mitigation)
  • Proposals for TCO reduction as well as WoCa optimisation
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reportsAct according company values
  • Other assigned duties

*Individual contract, with a probationary period of 6 months.

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree VI / 1, VI / 2, VII.
  • Fluently English is must
  • Fluently Slovenian is advantage
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar work environment.
  • Experience in the international environment.
  • Work in MS Office (advanced).
  • Excellent negotiation experience.
  • Management and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and accuracy.
  • Ability to set priorities and take responsibility for their decisions.
  • Positive attitude to change.
  • Exam B category.
