Job Description
- Managing the field of procurement and cooperation with other organizational units of the company and the group.
- Creating a local procurement strategy plan in accordance with the group strategy.
- Setting KPI targets and evaluation
- Development of procurement team
- Teach and educate managers and associates about the procurement process
- Negotiation with external suppliers (maintain long-term relationships vs qualification of new suppliers)
- providing communication with all stakeholders.Approval the ordering process for goods and services in line with organisational guidelines (propose procedures for risk management and mitigation)
- Proposals for TCO reduction as well as WoCa optimisation
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reportsAct according company values
- Other assigned duties
*Individual contract, with a probationary period of 6 months.

- Work in MS Office (advanced).

- Management and organizational skills.
- Reliability and accuracy.
- Ability to set priorities and take responsibility for their decisions.
- Positive attitude to change.
- Exam B category.
