Job Description
As our Group HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the HR functions for our Group, which requeires frequent travelling (one day per week). You will report directly to the Group HR Director.
- Providing HR partnership for Slovak, Czech, German and Austrian employees and acting as HR partner to managers and supervisors (two locations in Slovakia - Bratislava, Harmanec/Banská Bystrica).
- Responsibility for particular Group HR Projects and Initiatives leading to achieving the HR strategy and support the implementation of HR strategy and Team strategy.
- Workforce planning & recruitment activities where necessary, succession planning & people development activities.
- Responsible for HR administration: organization and maintaining personnel records, prepare HR documents for employment relation, on-boarding adaptation program. The target of on-boarding program is to ensure, that new employees feel welcome and prepared to contribute from day one. Key role in learning and development, often in role of Trainer.
- Responsibility for performance management and Rockefeller routines in daily practice.
- Builds effective relationships with operational HR departments to understand their business goals and needs and to proactively identify and implement solutions.
- Controlling of all HR related costs and taking actions in case the target is not met. Monitor and report HR metrics, preparation of reports.
- Participation in the creation, updating and implementation of internal HR guidelines, procedures.
- Promote company culture including our SHP Group values and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
- Provide support in preparation to audits.
- Actively support and drive various company HR projects.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization
University Degree in economical, human resources or other business field of study.
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Driving licence
B
Required experience
HR Generalist/or other HR Specialist role with good knowledge of Slovak Labour Code is a must

- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook).
- Ability to travel abroad, at least 40% of the working time (weekly to Harmanec plant).
