Job Description
- Designs, prepares, ensures and carries out activities related to monitoring, comparison, planning and development of employee competencies in the Group;
- Prepares, collects inputs from plants and partners, leads and updates the training plan in the Group and keeps records in the field of training and development of human resources;
- Manages projects in the field of education and human resources development;
- Prepares internal directives, documents, updates to existing and new processes in the field of competence development, development and management of human resources;
- Designs, prepares, ensures and carries out activities related to Performance Management;
- Designs, prepares, ensures and carries out activities related to Engagement and internal communication (e.g. events, newspaper, communication events etc.);
- Other HR projects;
- Other tasks by superior manager.
The position is filled as a replacement for maternity leave.

- English language on advanced level
- Proactive and hands on approach

- Drive for results, ability to work in fast changing & stressful environment
- At least 2 years experience in L&D, HR
