Job Description
- Responsible for managing and coordination of overall processes of preparation of annual budgets and quarterly estimates of SHP Group and individual Group entities
- Cooperates in the preparation of long-term plans of SHP Group
- Responsible for the analysis of the Group and inidividual entities results on regular basis
- Points out and follows up on corrective measures to deviations to business plans and arising from financial analysis
- Cooperates in process of monthly closing and reporting
- Prepares and presents regular financial reports for the Group senior management team and other departments
- Responsible for regular review of sales and operations controlling reports and follow up on identified deviations with responsible managers
- Proactivelly suggest and drives areas for improvement (automatization, standardization,etc) in reporting accross the Group
- Participation in various cost improvement projects
- Oversees setup of BI reporting (BNS system) and proposed areas for improvements
- Carries out other work and activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct superior
