Job Description
- Responsibility for meeting the set business objectives, sales plan, financial results, receivables of customers in allocated segment
- Cooperation in the creation/development of the sales strategy of the assigned segment
- Building and maintaining business relationships with selected key customers
- Identification of potential key customers in the allocated market and their acquisition
- The product mix understanding to maximise the profit and production efficiency
- Monitoring of competition activities, market situation, market analysis
- Working on business cases from price calculation to realization
- Preparation of price calculations, negotiation of contractual conditions
- Support and cooperation with other departments in the development of new products
- Responsibility for creation of regular and promotional sales forecast,
- Responsibility for creation, collection, and documentation of customer insight within the market cell, responsible for the collection of customer potentials and compliance to segmentation and service level matrix
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills

- Previous working experience of at least 2 years in a sales position
- The experiences from the tissue business are appreciated
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of negotiations techniques and ability to apply them in practice with customers
- Communication skills on an advanced level
- Decision-making: able to identify, judge and calculate risks
- Understands the impact and implications of decisions made
- Results orientation and resilience
- Ability to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with clients
- The English language at least B2 level
- Drive licence B category – active driver
- An active user of Microsoft office ( Excel, Powerpoint ...)
