Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for the purchase process of IC SAAS licenses for various Shiji units in EU and UK.
• Supporting various Shiji entities in Finance procedures – including, but not limited to, processing of incoming purchase invoices, handling of employee expense reports.
• Performing other administrative Finance and Procurement tasks as needed

Personality requirements and skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and adjust to changes.
• General knowledge of computer software and/or accounting systems; and ability to effectively use them to increase efficiency at work.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and/or coordinating logistics.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• English – spoken and written advanced level.
