Your role
• Assisting to manage regional features and bug releases of the Infrasys core
product.
• Writing of required Product specification.
• Conduct monthly release tests based on the provided release notes.
• Assist on managing the product translation of Infrasys
• Documentation of specific EMEA Infrasys topics.
• Participate On-site and off-site testing of PMS Interfaces, Custom API, Fiscal
Interfaces and Payment Gateway Interfaces.
• Participate on certification sessions with 3rd party integrations.
• Work closely with Payment Gateway Team, Hotel IFC Team, 3rd party vendors
and our Fiscal Team on all interfaces to Infrasys.
• Conduct external and internal training.
• Assist on continuous improvement of the EMEA Infrasys Software to target
our marked requirement.
• Assist the Pre-Sales and Operations Team on product related questions.
• Work together with the Product Owner on features and improvements of
Infrasys Core Product and Infrasys BI/ER Product
• Participate on POC and Pilot installations.
• Assist our Legal and Fiscal Team on product enhancement and requirements.

company
• very good understanding the front end and the
backend of a POS System
• good understanding of webservice technology
and database (preferred apache and MySQL)
• very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS
• good analytical skills
• willingness to learn on the job and train others
• Self-motivated and able to work under
pressure
• Good presentation and training skills
• Fluent in English, written and oral
• Traveling: up to 50%
• Currently hold a valid EU passport

• Experienced working for a POS company within
the Hospitality Business
• 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar role
