We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced engineer who will support our company on the Dutch market by building positive business relations with our service partners and clients, visiting facilities maintained by Sescom and coordinating HVAC/EL modernization projects.

Key Account Manager

Work location: Bratislava; Košice; Prešov

You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing of an entrusted portfolio of key clients for the company in the area of existing contracts,
  • Maintaining constant contact with key clients,
  • Ensuring the highest quality of services and improving it by surveying the level of customer satisfaction from ongoing cooperation,
  • Searching for new opportunities for sales development in permanent business partners, negotiating and signing contracts for additional orders,
  • Monitoring and market data analysis regarding industry, customers and the activities of competition as well as recommending new product directions,
  • Achieving sales objectives, suggesting solutions that increase the range and effectiveness of commercial activities.

Necessary competences:

  • Recognized successful experience in consulting, service or sales of business services in the area of Retail / Fashion,
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with key customers,
  • Ability to work in a team, positive attitude and commitment to performed tasks,
  • Self-reliance, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, focus on success and sales results,
  • Experience in Facility Management, IT, Digital industries will be a significant asset.
