This entry level position offers room for growth and development in HR. You will focus on supporting and helping out the HR department with day-to-day processes such as recruitment, research, travel support and reporting.
We are seeking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospective candidates, employees and contractors. You will do well in this role if you have good analytical and researching skills, pay attention to details and make decisions based on a large amount of information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel support of employees and contractors, and relocation support of newcomers: buying tickets, booking hotels and corporate flat, helping with travel visa support and current requirements.
• Assisting the administrative team with day-to-day tasks, such as ordering equipment and collecting documents.
• Participation in organising local team events.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for the vacant roles in the company.
• Conducting interviews with the candidates.
• Preparing analytical reports and labor market research upon request.
• Documents and knowledge base translations.
• Supporting the department in the implementation of HR activities.

• Written and spoken English at the advanced level.
• Previous experience as a researcher or sourcer will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
