- To review new release notes from 3rd party delivery provider
- Technical documentation creation and maintenance
- Support deployment process up to production
- L3 support for application on all environments
- Participation and support of internal projects
- Providing root cause analyses, participate on problem management
- Communication with 3rd party providers for infrastructure and application level
- Deployment, incident handling, escalation management
- Communication with relevant lines of business cross company
