Senior CRM Consultant

Your role
For our prominent customer, we are looking for senior candidates to join our core team established in 2011.

E-Mobility project is platform for management, operations, monitoring and integration of charging stations for electric vehicles into company operation landscape.Electric vehicles are gaining massive momentum recently and all major automotive companies are drawing their focus there.

The role also includes:

-you will be developing, customizing and enhancing functionalities of Salesforce and participate actively in the team by taking leading role in discussions and ceremonies to help shape implementable user stories.
-collection and analysis of business requirements
design, development, and implementation of business solutions in cooperation with developers
-coordination and documentation of project work
-regular communication with clients and building of relationships
active communication with customers, business analysts, and other service teams to perform common operational tasks and troubleshoot applications
-leading and supporting other consultants

Other Skills
-You have at least 5 years of experiences with CRM tool
-You have hands-on expertise as CRM Consultant
-Your experience with Salesforce is advantage
-Salesforce certification is advantage
-You speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
