Job description, responsibilities and duties

The place of work is Ostrava, with possibility of home office.
Infra Administrators team is responsible for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration running on Windows Servers and managing large groups of workstations of our customers.
SCCM provides remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment and hardware and software inventory of all Windows devices.

You will be responsible for :
• system Center Configuration Manager administration
• monitoring and proactive maintenance of the SCCM environment (Windows Servers 2008 and higher)
• patching of customers’ workstation environment
• distribution of applications on customer requests
• change/Project tasks delivery
• transition of new customers’ environment to continuous service

Personality requirements and skills

We expect you to have:
• knowledge of Windows server administration – Windows Server 2008 and higher
• basic knowledge of Patching (+ WSUS), Active Directory and PowerShell scripting
• experience with SCCM, SQL querying or VBS scripting are advantage

• self-motivated team player with ability to work on your own
• written and spoken English, very good communication skills
• customer and service-orientated
• English language skills on B1 level and higher
