Job description: 

• Supervising deliveries of goods from supplier to the plant.
• In IT systems set-up the supplying warehouse security figures
• Shortages management & escalation to management
• Action proposals to avoid the shortage like speeding up transportation or organizing premium transportation.
• Crisis meeting organization with Quality, General Assembly, and Logistics if shortage confirmed to find the backup solution.
• Inventory regular checks to guarantee the correct level of inventory
• Inventory discrepancy escalation to management
• Disputes (litige) treatment with reception dock, transport provider, and supplier.
• Communication Logistics Quality issues to the Suppliers quality leader and supplier
• Penalties set up after management validation.
• Back-up packaging using validation by supplier and escalation to management
• Obsoletes parts treatment

The goal is to ensure for our customer a seamless coordination between suppliers & the Trnava plant. All of this to support the successful launch of new vehicles.
