Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the industrialization of products and equipment according to Industrial Project Management procedures. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that industrial aspects of projects are executed efficiently and in line with project targets.
Responsibilities:
◾ Meet industrial project targets.
◾ Manage project schedule, resources, and budget in accordance with CLEAN principles.
◾ Supervise manufacturing and assembly of products.
◾ Coordinate with various teams (e.g., Tooling, Buyer, Logistics) on industrial matters.
◾ Alert management if standards are not met.
◾ Represent the industrial organization in meetings.
◾ Collaborate with the project team to define processes meeting performance and cost targets.
◾ Facilitate simultaneous engineering with the product development team.
◾ Manage process development documentation.
◾ Organize pre-serial trials for flawless Customer Start Of Production.
◾ Participate in project reviews and escalate issues as necessary.
◾ Maintain adherence to quality standards for customer satisfaction.
◾ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
◾ Manage relevant sections of the Safety, Quality, and Environment Policy.

- CAD proficiency is advantage.
