> Part CAD data sharing to supplier for checking the process feasibility (The part CAD data is shared by customer design team).
> 3D Tolerance data sharing to supplier for feasibility and getting the feedback for the same.
> Initial simulation review and die design review along with RPOE 1 and supplier team.
> Weekly meetings with suppliers and project team for alignment and updates on the tooling status.
> Trial RM management and utilization ratio discussion with supplier and design team.
> Part trial follow up and quality review meetings with supplier and customer project team.
> Part build support for customer mile stones.
> ECR management with supplier and customer. This includes revised CAD data sharing to supplier, getting the feedback for tooling feasibility, Quality related points alignment and Cost management.
> Trial parts shipment support to customer. i.e., right from packing of parts up to delivery at customer site. Entire tracking is done.> Tool buyoff support. This includes buyoff document check (static and dynamic reports). Part quality reports, packing and shipment plan discussion with supplier and customer.
