Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Collaboration and collecting information from HSE, Facility, Logistics, and project teams.
Designing 2D or 3D drawings based on the assembly line concept.
Taking into consideration value stream, operators, and material flow.
Propose area sizes for automatic, semi-automatic and manual workstation.
Include the logistical areas and routes.
Identify missing things (e.g., home positions).
Ensuring the facility meets all automotive, construction and health & safety requirements and standards (e.g., clean areas, connection to utilities, power demand, availability of emergency exits and fire extinguishers).
Identifying the utilization of space and how to improve it.
Standardizing all layouts across projects, existing facilities and new facilities.
