Job Description:
Covering the Slovakia and Czech Republic perimeters;
Be the first contact point of applicants with Segula Technologies;
Close collaborationship with Technical Managers from the company to clearly identify the needs;
Analyze and benchmark the different industries where competitors have businesses on the two perimeters;
Self-responsible design, accompaniment and administration of the entire recruiting process from initial interview to recruitment;
Appointment coordination between applicants and customers;
Targeted and active search of candidates on all current platforms and applications, career fairs, social media (for example with LinkedIn) as well as Active Sourcing and Candidate – Pooling;
Drafting job advertisements and engaging on various platforms;Open for some business travels in Czech Republic;
Contributing to different HR topics in the team such as employer;
Marketing campaigns, employer branding etc.;
Develop and pursue a strategy for specific requests and positions.
Job locations:
Position located in Trnava (Slovakia) with a part of home office.
Business trips mainly in Czech republic & Slovakia.
Qualifications & Personal skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
