Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Preparation and completion of documents & presentations
  • Preparation of tasks such as job announcements, schedule of interviews, etc.
  • Communication with candidates
  • Communication, Telephone handling (in SK and ENG language)
  • Occasional communication with a potential customer
  • And other necessary assistant tasks

  • Place of work during a pandemic:
90% work from a home office
10% in office work from an office in Trnava / ability to occasionally come to Trencin and pick up documents or tasks -> Up to 1-hour travel to Trnava / Trencin so your location within the following districts TT, PN, NM, TN, IL, NR, BA, etc. is desirable.
  • Place of work after pandemic:
More frequent work in the office in Trnava combined with home office, by agreement

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

  • Advanced level of English language (min. B2 in oral and writing)
  • Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Reliability & attention to detail
  • Open-minded with the capability to work independently and also in a team
  • Ability to work at least 2-3 days per week, and occasionally available in the afternoon/evening depending on the workload.
