Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Proven work experiences in HR – min. 4 years
Experiences from industrial / production sector (blue collar workers)
Analytical and goal oriented

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
