Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for technically oriented self-driven candidate, who can complete our team with delivering results of following tasks in administravite and technical area:
Administrative tasks:
• requesting via Service Desk – computers, peripherals, SW, AD accounts
• managing user requests for access to network folders, mailboxes, VPN connections, etc.
• maintaining and developing databases - HW, SW, Phones, printer counters
• making orders of phones, SIM cards, printers, cartridges
• resolving issues with company providers (mostly printer supplies, phones), dealing with phone warranties
• providing support to service desk of investor
• arrangement of HW movements within all project areas
• checking invoices from suppliers - phones, printers, HW, SW
• regular and ad hoc reports within area of responsibility
• additional supporting activities within HR & Services division in case of request from Manager or CEO

Technical tasks:
• license management, installing/uninstalling company owned licensed SW
• basic AD account management (checking accounts, resetting passwords, etc.)
• troubleshooting of issues related to all kind of HW, SW, networks, accounts
• printer configuration, address book management
• managing the custom made applications and databases - installation, PC configuration, functionality checking.
