Právnik pre zmluvy / Contract Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated employee for the position of CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, who will participate on the process of construction of nuclear power plant in Mochovce. The main task is management of assigned contracts for MO34 project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support to the project team in relation to the general contractual matters and claims
2. Communication with the Contractors – written and spoken during the contractual meetings
3. Contract Database management MO34 and its claims, penalties and variations
4. Support to project team during the preparation of new contracts/amendments
5. Reporting to the project team on contractual matters
6. Support to the project team members - responsible for contract fulfillment
7. Regular solving of contractual problems (e.g.: failure to meet the contractual deadline)
8. Elaboration and updating of internal guidelines
9. Control of contract performances

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years in role of lawyer
- basic technical knowledge
- working knowledge of the commercial law and business law
- PC Skills: MS Office – advanced
- language skills: English – upper-Intermediate (B2)
- well-developed written and verbal communication in English, listening and presentation skills
- ability to act independently, but able to work in the team too
- ability to respond consistently with a high degree of initiative to resolve issues or complex problems that may arise
- ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- efficient organization and time-management skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- ability to work well under pressure
