Job description, responsibilities and duties

TPSD Completion Coordinator reports to the Planning Support Superintendent in Conventional Island, he/she is responsible for:
• Use the TPSD (Turn Over Package Scope Definition) and PICO (Post Installation Cleaning Operation) procedures, to analyze and inspect the engineering documents and to review on site the systems completion in preparation for flushing, pressure test and T/O to Commissioning;
• Performance of the system analysis for mechanical completion leading to turnover to commissioning in cooperation with the Construction and Commissioning personnel;
• Collect the information enclosing the entire system to ensure its completeness;
• Provide the information to the Planning group in accordance with the T/O schedule to ensure timely completion by the construction forces;
• Identification of HSE dangerous places before inspection of systems;
• Issuance of all required protocols;
• Cooperation with all involved units and Contractors;
• Participation in the meeting after site survey of systems to discuss the inspection findings;
• Cooperate with the Turn Over Group for the definition of deadlines for defects and incomplete items removal;
• Proposal of corrective actions to finalize the systems completion to CI Planning Support/ Completion TPSD Superintendent;
• Participate in the removal of the non-accepted incomplete items and other discrepancies found during the inspection before T/O of systems to Commissioning in order to be closed according to the Schedule;
• Participation in the inspection of systems before their T/O to Commissioning;
• Verify the overall status of TPSD documentation based on the requirements.

Personality requirements and skills

• Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control
• Minimum 3 years of experience of same or similar working experience on a construction site
• Computer Literacy: MS Office
• Language skills: English – advanced, Slovak - preferably
• Skills and Abilities: good communication skills, pro-active attitude, problem solving skills, logical thinking, technical sense
