Customer Quality Coordinator - Senior

Job description:
• customer contact person for issues on the quality of products from prototype, pre-series and series products,
• coordination of the team of circa 11employees of product inspection at the customer production line, claim management and sampling process
• communication with contact persons designated by the customer,
• participation in regular internal and external meetings on the project and the quality assurance (Quality-, Project- meetings),
• processing and analyzing the claims (deviations from drawings or technical standards), implementation of technical modifications,
• coordination of product sampling according VDA5,
• registering the issues and documenting the claims in the internal system SEBN SE - QDM
• monitoring status of claims in the customer system,
• reworking wire harnesses according to the technical documentation,
• implementation of technical modifications
• supervising the monitoring and efficiency checks of the corrective measures from the claims presented by the production plant.
