This positions is for a defined period of time - substitution during maternity leave.

• Strategic partnership with internal customers (heads of departments) - single point of contact for HR topics
• Active recruitment and selection of all levels of employees for the company
• Personal administration (work contract, preparation documents for payroll, personal data protection, etc. )
• Cooperation with temporary staffing companies
• Training and development of employees
• Solving operative HR problems
• Participation on different HR projects
• Implementation of HR standards into daily work
• Employee engagement
• Coordination of health and safety with external safety technician
