Job description, responsibilities and duties
Engineering Excellence Centre in Bratislava is looking for a mechanical engineer who wishes to succeed in the position of Site Manager in a highly specialized team of professionals with the focus on the projects of Data Centers.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading the daily site meetings and being the "face" of Schneider Electric on site
* Scheduling commissioning activities and establishing resource plan
* Leading the demonstration of compliance of commissioning work in front of commissioning agents
* Actively participating on coordination meetings with general contractor
* Monitor timely delivery of equipment to be integrated
* Ensure the rapid characterization of problems and manage their resolutions
* Ensure the reporting of progress and problems encountered to project manager
* Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues and ensure execution of corrective action plans
* Ensure compliance of Schneider Electric team and contractors to health and safety requirements, including pre-inspection meetings and near miss reports
* On site work by customer: Office /travelling: 25%:75%
