Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Country Marcom Specialist reports to the Cluster Marcom Director and dotted line to CEO SE SK. It is a strategic single role to reach business objectives and increase significantly marketing contribution to Schneider Electric growth in Slovakia.
He/She drives the Marketing transformation, implements the Brand to Order strategy and ensures the Global campaign deployment at country level in order to increase brand awareness and generate revenue for the country by managing the communication of company's targeted business segments, executing marketing communication projects.
In order to achieve success, this role requires strong and continuous collaboration with Digital Customer Experience, Sales Operations and Internal Comms teams.
Manage the communication of company's targeted business segments, executing marketing communication projects, including:
• Localization and execution of communication campaigns and assets
• Managing all marcom mix elements (media, events, PR, direct marketing, web) as well as related functions and tasks.
• Systematically measures results in terms of return on investment, volume/value of generated opportunities in bFO pipeline and Brand indicators, as per Country Dashboard.
• Organizes and manages local teams according to global Marketing blueprints, in compliance with local requirements.
• Select priorities for execution and by externalizing activities which can be efficiently performed by agency partners.

Personality requirements and skills

Required qualifications and skills:
Bachelor degree from business school (or other similar Marketing education)
Min 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or communication
Fluent in written and spoken English
Working for medium large multinational company (BtoB or professional BtoC), preferred Marketing Communications
Managing with success transformations in a complex and matrix environment
Digital oriented, able to define and deploy new digital communication tools and processes improving customer journey and fostering Brand development
Focus on customers. Strong knowledge in transactional business, channel management, solutions and services business. Interested in technical products and solution, understanding technical issues
Capacity to manage relationship at C-level. Strong executive presence, capacity to convince, extensive emotional resistance, ability to assess situation and make decision.
Demonstrated social skills, able to build relationship with internal business stakeholders and animate strong internal network. Become a reliable partner for Country President and leadership team in the country.
Project management background. Skills to drive the execution and achieve results in a transformation context.
Functional competencies : Marketing and strategy planning, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand management, Public relations and advertising, Entertainment marketing, Event Marketing and Customer Experience.
