Job description, responsibilities and duties
With permanent position working in Schneider Electric Slovakia, as part of Regional Execution Platform (REP) based in Bratislava, we are looking for Maintenance FSE / Field Service Engineer.
Sites and the following locations:
Slovakia: our offices in Bratislava, Žilina and Košice
Candidates are welcome from the following countries as well: Romania - Serbia - Slovenia - Bulgaria - Croatia - Hungary
Work from home
Site work: extensive international travel (80%), mostly within Europe
Your mission and main responsibilities will be :
As a part of a Site Team Installed Base Services, Maintenance Field Service Engineer:
- do the maintenance of the cells and breaker
- do the electrical maintenance on the switchboard
- perform electrical tests on the breakers with prodiag (or equivalent) and with injection box on electronic relays
- identify electrical failure, propose solution and proceed with repair
- do the end mission report
- support customers in the installation, modification and repair of SE equipment, promote good customer relations
- ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures (eg.LOTO procedure)

Experience and skills we are looking for:
- electrotechnical education
- French minimum level C1
- English minimum level C1
- minimum 3 years of REAL experience on site with maintenance or commissioning activities
- advanced knowledge of MV/LV equipment, power stations and electrotechnical principle
- experienced with any of Schneider Electric Equipment for MV (MCSET, LF breaker, PIX, HVX, SM6, SF breaker, Premset, FBX AREVA), Protection Relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy), and LV Distribuition panels or competitor equipment is an advantage
- flexibility and reliability, focus on technical details, customer focused, team player
- ability to communicate (written, verbal) in clear and synthetic manner on technical issues / topics
- good software tools knowledge MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCad
- knowledge of testing device software (Omicron) and Protection Relays Setting software is an advantage
- Flexible to travel internationally for 80% of working time
- Candidate will need to have an EU passport
