Project Financial Controller (hybrid work)

Be part of Customer Projects Operations and experience 50 years in Project and Engineering. Our mission is to master and support grow of large, complex and international projects business for global accounts and targeted customers through the Global and Regional Application Centers, supporting in parallel project ambitions for Local Execution Centers in Europe in tendering and projects executions.
Our team, which is a part of Schneider Electric community in Slovakia, has currently 90-110 Employees.

Place of Work: sites and the following locations:
Slovakia: our offices in Bratislava, Žilina and Košice
Work from home
Other countries: work from home with occasional travel to Bratislava office.

What will you do?:
- Responsible to generated Standard reports and prepare the monthly closing
- Responsible for the financial follow-up & reporting of projects under execution (including sales, profitability, cash, unbilled, KPIs, overdue, Actual and Forecast) either on direct large projects and / or within a Projects portfolio
- Contribute & participate to all main GCP governance instances in place (Escalation meetings, projects review / input to Projects Database reporting, etc..).
- Ensure effectiveness communication / explanation of projects performance (Actual & Forecast) towards internal and external to GCP Stakeholder (BU / Countries / External Auditors, etc..).
- Responsible for the financial follow-up of Projects risks provisions in consistence with Project risks & opportunities register.
- Contribute to Projects structuration / set-up in SAP in coordination with the Project Manager
- Active use of digital tools being implemented today in the scope (Power BI, Monday, etc)
