Be part of Customer Projects Operations and experience 50 years in Project and Engineering. Our mission is to master and support grow of large, complex and international projects business for global accounts and targeted customers through the Global and Regional Application Centers, supporting in parallel project ambitions for Local Execution Centers in Europe in tendering and projects executions.
Our team, which is a part of Schneider Electric community in Slovakia, has currently 90-110 Employees.

Place of Work: sites and the following locations:
Slovakia: our offices in Bratislava, Žilina and Košice
Work from home
Other countries: extensive international travel - Europe

Site Work Coordinator Is in charge of preparation & follow-up of mission of Field Service Engineer.
Collects all needed technical document from design team, prepare or collect test procedures, follow-up of all logistic topics (secure site access process, visa, etc...).
Assigns and monitors the FSE according to priorities and handles the preparation of the journeys involved.
Is responsible for communication between FSE on site and the rest of Project Team and communication with general contractor/customer with strong collaboration with Project Manager.
Ensure consistency in site activities across same type of sites in terms of methods, tools and processes

Main responsibilities
• Management of Installation & Commissioning activities for medium size projects
• Prepares the work estimates (for supervision of installation & commissioning) based on the PM's requests and hypotheses by estimating the amount of time and resources required for the work and budget
• Strictly follow Schneider Electric Global safety instructions as well as local requirements of countries where the job is performed, use the safety equipment and devices if required; reports any deviations
• Puts in place all needed tools/files to follow progress on site and define how to use it with support of PM (event tracker, KPI, delivery tracking, time sheet templates, doc follow up file)
• Before site activity starts, updates the HR planning and prepare 1st site resource mission start: (Work permit, A1 certificate, Limosa, Dimona, VCA, etc..) to ensure compliance of our activities with local laws
• Coordination of site activities; punch list follow-up
• prepare regular review (min. once a week) records in event tracker file to closely follow-up the impact of works not performed as scheduled, review with the PM the budget (actual & forecast) for site hours activities
• provides the Project Manager or Site Works Manager with site activities related risks and propose corrective plans & actions; propose optimizations, & efficiency, detect anu variations and opportunities
• attends meetings with customer dedicated to organization & follow-up of on-site activities (HSE topics, co-activity, detailed planning for commissioning, interface with other parties for scope of supply or service etc..)
• prepare REX / Lessons Learned file for the commissioning scope

Personality requirements and skills

• Electrical technician with minimum bachelor’s degree
• English (C1 level mandatory with good communication skills)
• French (recommended) or other language is advantage
• Five (5) years of experience in on-site electromechanical testing
• Knowledge of all types of MV/LV equipment, Data Center Application, Electrical networks
• Knowledge of System Integration applications and Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantage
• Standard office software: Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD; SAP / Primavera basic knowledge is advantage
• Based in Slovakia and able to travel internationally for 75% of working time (Europe)
