Your Mission
Analyze and challenge customer projects financial performance for Invoicing, Collection, Insurances and Bank Guarantees on monthly and forecast basis.
You will be a Project team member supporting the Project Manager in risk analysis and driving action plans.

• This role of Contract Finance Analyst (CFA) is part of the Global Application Center (GAC) perimeter, in Global Customer Projects Operations (GCP Ops), which operates on international, large, and complex projects (A, B type projects)
• Responsible for the performance and coordination of financial follow-up & reporting of invoicing, cash collection, insurances and bank guarantees for projects in GAC Electro-Intensive, GAC Nuclear and GAC Internet Giants.
• Support and challenge the financial aspects (including but not limited to billing milestones, etc..) at the tendering phase for new opportunities, in coordination with the Tendering Manager and Project Director.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met before issuing invoices to internal or external customers.
• Contribute / participate to main GCP governance instances in place when needed (including REL projects review / input to Projects Database reporting, etc..).
• Ensure effectiveness communication / explanation of projects performance (Actual & Forecast of invoicing, collection, status of bank guarantees and insurances)
• Contribute to Projects structuration / set-up in SAP in coordination with the Project Manager
• This role is reporting to GCP Ops Project Business Finance Manager

Other countries: work from home with occasional travel to Bratislava office.

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University and/or Business School: Master's degree or equivalent A level +5 years either Engineering, Economics, or Commercial high school degree

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

About You...
• University and/or Business School: Master's degree or equivalent A level +5 years (either Engineering, Economics, or commercial high school degree)
• +5 years of experience required in Finance role for Project Environment
• Proven experience in issuing invoices, managing collection, insurances, bank guarantees
• Knowledge on SAP project module and invoicing
• Digital mindset, capacity to work in digital environment. Experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus
• Experience in a Multi-cultural team environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters in a synthetic way
• Proven leadership skills to act as trusted advisor toward different management levels
• Fluent in English is mandatory
