Nuclear Senior Project Manager

Our mission is to master and support grow of large, complex and international projects business for global accounts and targeted customers through the Global and Regional Application Centers, supporting in parallel project ambitions for Local Execution Centers in Europe in tendering and projects executions.

OBJECTIVES:

Nuclear Senior Project Manager manages the execution from the receipt of order up to the project closure in the allotted time. He strictly must comply with the project execution process phase.

He/She Manages international projects or programs above 20M€, to meet 4 main objectives:
- Customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Successful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance and schedule
- Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk management
- Nuclear Safety Management


KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Building and manage functionally a project team considering all aspects of the project
- Responsibility for project workload plan
- Ensuring functional management of the team, defining objectives to project team members
- Confirmation of budget and profitability
- Scheduling of project milestones
- Preparation of project management plan
- Responsibility for project execution according to valid contract
- Customer satisfaction
- Site meetings
- Responsibility for project profitability, monitoring expenses, taking actions to comply with budget
- Preparation of reporting
- Manager risks & opportunities and variation orders to improve project P&L
